Spoke with sales representative, Bryan whose experience and knowledge has allowed me to make an informative decision about this service (Pest and lawn). He presented himself friendly Which made me comfortable as we discussed the services the company provided. He addressed mostly all of my concerns before I can even voice my questions. Which of course was the safety of my pet, son and myself who are both asthmatic. The following day My technician, Cameron messaged me surprisingly that morning. As per my conversation with the sales representative the day prior, my expectation was to not be home when they arrived, given such a vague timeline. (Which was fine by me). Again, surprised yet elated that I would make contact with the Tech on the property. I’m impressed how swift he was covering every inch of my yard and perimeter of the home. After completion of the job, he explained to me how I should move going forward. Cameron was outstanding, knowledgeable and resourceful. It was not sprayed to specifications. It was supposed to have all the appointed areas sprayed not just where he sees green. I'm paying for the whole lawn or area that was designated not spot spraying.

Tyon was great! He serviced the front and back yard, and the inside of our home. He was patient during his visit (I mentioned I had tried to contact the company to reschedule but couldn’t speak with anyone). He let me know I always have the option to reschedule when the tech arrives and I’m not forced to get services completed when I’m unprepared. But he gave me time to pull furniture off the walls and still completed the job for us. He was informative about when to allow my dog back outside, and he even locked my shed for me so I wouldn’t have to walk through high grass in my yard. 10/10 service. Also I’m not sure if I just haven’t acknowledged survey links in the past or if this is a new practice, but all services completed have been satisfactory. This was Ty’s first time completing our service though.

Jarrid was amazing! He was highly professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Although the sales representative mentioned the tech would arrive in about an hour, Jarrid showed up in just 10 minutes. I’m extremely happy with the service!

Prime Pest and Lawn Control’s tech, Timothy was great! He was very nice, quick, and took the time to explain everything clearly—especially regarding safety for children and pets, which I really appreciated, as we have both in the house. He was very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend their service.
