We have been using your company for almost a decade now and have always had great customer service from the technicians, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Jyron specifically. He is an outstanding technician and has excellent in person communication, is always respectful and checks in with us when he comes and is very knowledgeable. He is a standout employee and deserves a raise! When we move, we will definitely keep with your company for pest control at our new home.

Proactive pest control is great. Techs are on top of it and great communicators. Only issue is, I added a second home. They gave me a referral credit of $100 but don’t give a discount on adding more properties like other companies do. Also no first responder or veteran discounts. Otherwise fantastic company. Nichole is so thorough, informative and friendly! We asked her to be our regular tech!

I’ve been using Pro Active Pest Control for many years to treat a few insect problems. Andy is the BEST! He is very thorough and always lets me know when he’ll be arriving. 6/17/25 We had our monthly service today, and as usual Pro Active did a great job. They were thorough and helped us with a couple of extra things, then came back to follow up. We are very happy with their service. Pro Active Pest Control began treating our home this month. The technician was very helpful and notified us of his arrival and departure. We hear great things about them from neighbors and look forward to using their service for many years. Pro Active Pest Control does a thorough job.
