When I was first looking for a pest control company 5 years ago I called 4 different ones and Proctor Pest Control was the only one to call me back! Bryan was out that week and we have been loyal customers of Proctor Pest Control ever since! They have taken care of our bugs for about 5 years, 3 years in Dallas and when we moved to Aubrey/Little Elm 2 years ago we brought them with us! So many amazing things about this family owned business - no contracts, super affordable rates, they ask questions and actively listen to our concerns, the pride they take in their work is evident! They are continually learning and using the best, safest, and most effective treatments. I don't know how they do it, but when they give a time window for arrival, Jared and Bryan are both always early! They value their customers time which is refreshing! I could go on and on. Proctor Pest Control always exceeds my expectations! Their customer service is the best and the results are amazing! When we first moved into our home, we had issues with pests and went through a couple of other pest control companies before finding Proctor. Since they have been coming, we haven’t experienced any more issues and we are beyond thankful! It’s super easy to schedule appointments and our technician Jared is very knowledgeable and friendly.
