I have had an outstanding experience with Proof. Aside from the service working, they provide great communication and very accommodating with times and schedules. Any tech we have encounter has been professional, courteous, and helpful. However, Anthony is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond and is truly fantastic in every way. We appreciate his knowledge, kindness, professionalism, and taking the time to explain everything he does. He's just exceptional! This company is committed to customer satisfaction and I highly recommend them!

I had Kenneth come out and service my home here in White Lake michigan. He needed to do an indoor spray for German cockroaches. Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to treat the area under the sink. This took him just a short amount of time to complete the work and made me feel comfortable that these pesky little bugs would be gone in about 2 weeks. Sky was very professional and detailed in his treatment of my home today. Although he worked quickly he didn’t cut corners and was very thorough about hitting every nook and cranny. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Proof Pest is very fortunate to employ such a fine young man. I find this level of service extremely rare these days.

Proof has been doing an amazing job with my pest control!! I recently moved and live next to the woods. Their full service option is amazing and WORKS! I will never go with any other company. All of their technicians are properly trained, knowledgeable, and extremely effective. Christopher Fisher tackled my spider problem quickly. Tyler Johnson removed nasty, agressive Hornets safely and quickly. Michael Butler baited and destroyed the nasty carpenter ants. I cannot say enough good things about proof! They have exceeded my expectations!!

We were visited by a representative from Proof Pest and told us all about the services and what it would cost. We took his word, did some diligence on the company and decided to move from Orkin to them -- save us money and provide service that was comparable. They came out and did the initial visit and to our surprise, it cost 2x what they had said and that ongoing visits would actually be lots more than they provided when going door to door. We immediately called office and they said that their costs are what they are. I cancelled going forward and they tried to then bill me for $180 that they claim was the discount on initial visit and that if you cancel within one-year you owe that amount. Well - i told them there was no discussion of contract period or agreement -- nothing agreed to orally or in writing. They needed to elevate to management to clear account. After 4 calls (me calling them) and nothing back -- we finally were told it was cleared. Unfortunately, the emails and letters continue, including one this week with a late charge. BEWARE - they are not trust worthy and they will bate and switch with costs.

Proof Pest Control is very helpful, able to reach a real person every time, and get fast, great service. Demetrius Holiness was very nice, friendly, respectful and had a great personality. He definitely gets my five star recommendation.
