Paul provided very good customer service and explained everything he was doing and the next steps for follow-up. He also informed us of the other services Proof provides. We would definitely be glad to work with him again.

This was the first time we've met Brent H from Proof. He came out to help with first treatment and remove a nasty wasp nest! He was extremely professional, timely and gave us good explanations of the treatment(s) he performed when done. Happy to have him be the person that comes out and takes care of our property. He removed the wasp nest efficiently and effectively! So thankful for his help. Great guy!

Brandon C. treated our home/property today. The very first thing I noticed was that he immediately put on shoe coverings. Many other service providers in the summer (not from Proof) simply walk in without covering their shoes or even offering to take them off. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgable, and patient with all of my random bug/critter questions. Great experience today!

Brandon done an Amazing job explaining the treatment plan and how all this would work with my current pest issue. He also assured me that he would do random checks for any rodent activity. I’m grateful to have him assist with this issue and hope it be resolved soon!

Recently noticed a suspicious area on my ceiling and immediately Googled possible causes. Research took me to ‘possible termites.’ I found proof pest control and read some reviews and decided to request an evaluation. The communication from the beginning was top notch. From the initial web form response, a text for follow-up, and a friendly call from Donald to set up the appointment. Technician Brent arrived exactly on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked various locations inside and outside my home and took the time to explain what evidence I would find if I had a termite problem. Good news, no termites! Paul Rudzinski (sorry about spelling) is Very very nice and informative he is super professionaland knows what hes doing. Gave me options and was really nice to my 2 senior dogs. He made sure I knew what he would be doing. Great guy!! GREAT SERVICE

Brandon C got rid of some ground bees that were awful at my home. I’d ask the company a couple times to come out and take a look and Brandon came and they were gone that same day. I really appreciate that. He also dusted the house really well indoors and outdoors just amazing young man who works extremely hard. Will come out when you call me. I really appreciate you, Brandon. Proof Pest Control does a great job for us! We've had multiple technicians come to our building and they are thorough and extremely polite. Brandon always comes on time and seeks me out to tell me what he has done and asks if I have any questions or concerns. We also have Cody who has come out several times. He is also very polite and thorough. We are very happy with their responses and willingness to come back if need be. I highly recommend them!

Our proof tech, Brandon could not have been better. He rang our bell both at the beginning and end of the quarterly service call to keep us informed and was very courteous, friendly and professional. What a nice young man you have representing your company! He is a real plus.
