William arrived on schedule and assessed the situation at my house. He then spoke and shared pictures with me of entry ways that should be shored up. Upon completion of work he again shared pictures of work done. There was 3 more follow ups every two weeks to assure that we were rodent free. I have recommended William to various neighbors and coworkers with very satisfactory results. Highly recommend +++++.
