I called on a Thursday and made an appointment to treat my little second floor apartment that Saturday. Nelson, my exterminator, gave me a heads up and arrived within the window of time I was given. He listen to my concerns, and we came up with a plan that was safe for my cat and me. I haven't seen any ants or spiders since his visit. Management checked in with me a few days after to make sure I was happy with the service and results. I highly recommend PURCOR Pest Solutions.

I originally gave this company a positive review. I hate to downgrade my review but I have had it with Purcor I contracted with them to seal my attic (cover the soffit vents with mesh) to prevent critters from getting in and to trap and remove any that had gotten in. Unfortunately, I have lost all confidence in this company, to which I paid a lot of money for professional inspection and service. The initial work was sloppy and the technician did not know why he was there. When I emailed customer service (twice) to ask them to fix the sloppy work, I received no response. When I called, the customer service rep was able to arrange a follow-up appointment but had no idea how to escalate my issue to a manager. And when a person finally did show up to fix it, once again, he had not been told why he was there and he basically told me it was fine. There appears to be a lack of effective communication between the main office and the field. And the company does not appear to have any process for remediating problems. I want to be fair but at this point, I am just pissed off that they have my money and, as far as they're concerned, that's the end of the conversation. I have considered calling my credit card company to do a partial chargeback on the service but honestly, I can't tell if Purcor is dishonest or just disorganized. I do know I can't recommend them.

Kevin was on time. Very knowledgeable. Great communication on what he was going to do and what he did. A+ service would highly recommend him and would use him again without a doubt.

Norvell came by to do an inspection and we were thrilled with his friendliness and thoroughness. On top of all of that, he told us he found no signs of rodents. Folks in this industry may not have a clear incentive to be honest given the financials of inspections and treatments, so it was a breath of fresh air from PURCOR. Thanks Norvell!

Kevin is the amazing! He is super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He really knows his job.

Dave is great, he is attentive, listens to my needs, attention to detail. He would call me if he is running late, which I appreciate. After the service call, he called and let me know what he did, etc. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain what he did and why he did what he did. Great guy and I highly recommend their services!

They came out the next day. Technician was professional, thorough and listened to any comments I had.
