Alexander at Purcor has been my service tech for a long while now. He is always so kind and helpful when I ask him questions. He is just the best!

I am extremely disappointed with PURCOR Pest Solutions. I had a contract with them, yet when the health department inspected my store and found a cockroach, I immediately called PURCOR for urgent service and they were not willing to help. They failed to respond and later told me my contract was canceled without ever sending me any letter or notification. I asked them to send someone to respray and they told me they wouldn’t do anything until I pay the given balance. After I paid the balance, they told me they will still not send anyone because I would need to sign a new contract. Because of their negligence, the health inspector temporarily closed my store. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. On top of this, their pest control is not detailed, as they only spent about 5 minutes spraying only the visible areas along the wall without inspecting in detail. I would not recommend PURCOR Pest Solutions to any business owner who values reliability and professionalism.
