Nicole is a great tech. This morning I saw her servicing a neighbor and I asked if I was on the schedule. I wasn’t due for a few weeks, however I was having issues with wasps and their nests. She was happy to add me on her service for the day and said anytime I saw her and needed her to stop by she’d be happy to. She’s always friendly and reaches out to let me know if she will be out that day (when it’s my scheduled visit). Thanks for your great work and for caring out your customers!

One of the many things about Purcor Pest Solutions that I like is consistently seeing the same technician each time. Terry has been doing the service for this property for many years now. It is familiar to him and he is able to identify issues with plants because of his familiarization with the property. Terry treat our place as if it were his own and takes the time to be thorough and complete. Always friendly, he gets to work fast and follows up when he is done to address any issues he may have. Great service! I really appreciate Terry and the work he does for us!

My roommate and I have been with PURCOR since late last year, we really struggled to find an exterminator that was affordable, until we found PURCOR. When we asked about a quote, they basically got back to us within 20 minutes. We had been really struggling with ants and mice for about a year. And we had tried everything under the sun to try and handle it ourselves. But since we've been with PURCOR, already in the last about 7-8 months we have seen major improvement. I'm not coming home or waking up first thing and dreading finding more ants all over my counter. Jeremy, our technician has been incredible. He's very knowledgeable, he's professional, he communicates really well, and I am very pleased with his service. I highly recommend these guys!

Ryan came today to take care of my ant problem. He was not only polite, friendly and efficient, he was also very knowledgeable about the ants. I also appreciated that he brushed around doorways, lamp fixtures and windows for spiders and their eggs. That alone made it worthwhile having your Pest Solutions company come to my house.

Jeremy was very informative, helpful and professional. Definitely knows his job well and is great at what he does. I would recommend him as a tech.

Quinton was courteous, professional, and thorough. Quinton was very aware of the places the bugs / spiders were gathering due to the cooler temperatures. He sent a text to alert me of his ETA, checked in on arrival, and provided a summary of his findings prior to his departure. I appreciate this level of customer service.

Within a few hours of calling Purcor, we were able to get Taylor out to our home to spray for persistent sugar ants. We are impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of Taylor, the technician, and Johnny in the main office. We were attracted to the environmentally friendly approach to insect control and the lack of pressure to sign up for more than we were seeking. And it was really fun learning fun ant facts!

Saundra worked really hard to get rid of the wasp nest under the eaves of my house! I’m so happy she came out to help us with this wasp problem!!

DO NOT give Purcor your credit card information. After requesting service cancellation in August due to incomplete work and billing errors, Purcor charged my card $2,783.03 WITHOUT authorization over a month later. Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due. Problems throughout: -Did not complete contracted work, left job site without cleanup, unresponsive to follow-up calls. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication. -Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection. Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.
