Erik is the type of person we all hope to have when we hire a lawn care service. He is knowledgeable, professional, listens and communicates well and really goes that extra mile in providing great service! You can tell he really wants to do a great job for each customer. I'm very glad I chose Rainmaster and had Erik as my service tech. Would highly recommend!

Erik always calls before he arrives to ask if there is anything he needs to be aware of. With recent work on patio paver stones, he offered to hand fertilize in that area so as not to disturb any new work. Very thoughtful!
