I located Carlos online due to reviews such as I am about to post. Rapid Rodent Removal aka Carlos is an amazing one man show. He has incredible insight into all things Rodent. Other companies find some "droppings", set a trap, and when they catch one they are done. Carlos has incredible insight into "nope this is not the only entrance they are getting in at", "there are more" and compassion regarding the customer's stress. Our regular exterminator tried (ants & bugs) tried but this job needed a specialist. Carlos was instrumental in not only doing his part of the job, he assisted us in getting all competent fixed in the way of great roofing guys to repair broken tiles, and other attic entrances which he facilitated. Wonderfully, he provided pictures and videos from our roof, and attic, providing extensive proof of the issues. THANK YOU CARLOS!!! (PS... What a gem we found in Carlos. He is truly the best there is. He spent two days on our roof and in our attic sealing and grating entrances and getting our attic looking brand new. He sends videos and pictures throughout the whole process so that you know what he’s doing. He also found broken tiles on the roof and not only found a good roofing company for us, but he called them himself and got a quote for us. He was literally thousands of dollars less than another quote we got to fix the pest issue. He is very knowledgeable and excited about what he does and great at communicating the entire time. I would 100% recommend.

Carlos is an absolute lifesaver. I knew I had a dead animal somewhere and Carlos was able to come out within 3 hours of our call. He took his time to find the source, explained everything he was going to do, cleaned up thoroughly after his work, and sealed off two access points all in the same visit. He will also be coming back to screen off further access points in 48 hours. I cannot recommend him enough and am beyond thankful for making my home a safe and sanitary place for my kids and myself. If you have a rodent problem Rapid Rodent Removal is the people to call. I had a severe rat problem where they were nesting in a home for over two years. From the moment Carlos from Rapid arrived until the end of the job it was a pleasure to work with them. He gave a written estimate and explained how they would get rid of the rats. They found 15 entry points and sealed them off with 10 of the entry points being on the roof. They then trapped all the live rodents. He provided photos of before and after on every situation he worked on. They went above and beyond helping with cleanup and guiding me thru a horrible situation. I contacted my landlord and told him about a rat problem we were facing at our residence.
