Edgar did an amazing job at our house. He checked everything really carefully, found all the spots where rats could get into the attic, and sealed them up. He pointed out which trees we should trim so the rats can’t jump onto the roof. The price was very fair and the work was super thorough!! A couple of months later I thought the rats might have come back because of an occasional smell. Edgar came out again, inspected, and explained it was just moisture — no rats. He didn’t even charge for that visit. Really appreciate the honesty and great service! :)

The service provided by Mr. Edgardo is beyond exceptional. We had been hearing noises in the attic for some time, and many companies came to us to give us very high quotes. I found Mr. Edgar online, and he worked from day one with great dedication and patience. It took about two weeks for the animal to enter the cage. It was a bit of a challenge, but Mr. Edgar came daily to check the traps, the cage, and the cameras. Highly recommended service. He left with a Raccoon in his cage!

I cannot say enough about Edgar at Rat Experts! My grandparent's home had a rat infestation with droppings throughout the attic and house. Edgar was incredibly knowledgeable and did a VERY thorough inspection of the home. I had another company come before him, they never checked the outside of the house for entry points, they also included in the estimate an almost $3K charge to remove insulation that (come to find out later) was not even there. The second Edgar popped his head into the attic, he quickly pointed out that there wasn't any insulation to be removed. He then walked the perimeter of the house with me, and pointed out every single opening that rats and other critters could enter through. Had I gone with the first company, there would have for certain been another rat issue later on. Edgar and his team are the absolute BEST. I HIGHLY recommend them. He is honest, thorough, hard working, and just an overall amazing human.
