Does our house really rat proof now? I could not even believe it. The rats have been bothering us for so long and we consulted a few companies for solution. One offered rat slab for $10k. The other offered to seal one hole and change all insulation and put a plastic grounding in the crawl space for $4k to $5k. However I feel those solutions could not solve my problem at all. When I search on YouTube, I found Gilbert’s video. I could feel his confidence from the video and called him the next day. His crew came out quickly and sealed all the opening and potential openings that rodents could get in the crawl space/ house. We caught 5 rats/mice after our house was fully sealed that night. And since then I did not find any rodent movements anymore. I feel I got PTSD from fighting the rodent problem these years. I am so glad that we found Ratman and I added one more year warranty upon the first year service warranty. I feel I finally could find my peace from the rodent problem. Thanks Ratman!

Amazing customer service! They did their work and came back for weekly trap checks until there were no more. Then I found one in the garage! Even though it isn't part of the warranty (since garage doors can be left open and it's out of their control), Gilbert came by to check on the house. The traps were still clean in the crawl space, so we confirmed they came in some other way. He looked at our garage, saw a crack and blocked it, and also saw the garage door rubber was cracked so blocked it for now until I can get the garage door rubber repaired. I really appreciate him coming out!

Gilbert helped us get control of our rat problem in our home in the Bay Area through extensive trenching and has been immediately responsive for several follow up visits when the rats found new entry points to our crawl space under the house. Recently, he went above and beyond the call of duty by providing guidance for a rat problem discovered in a second home we have in New Mexico. To Anyone ExperiencING ANY type of rodent/pest control issues at home: I recently had a kitchen/bath renovation done at my home in the east bay.
