We contacted Rodent Professor to check out a rodent problem we had. Joe came out and was super knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection. He pointed out potential problems, but did not try to unnecessarily upcharge us for anything. He was honest in his assessment and provided recommendations free of charge. I'd highly recommend Joe and his team.

Rodent Professor came over yesterday to rid my house of RATS! Joseph, who oversaw the project was great and went the extra mile to make sure all bases were covered and getting all the horrible Rat droppings cleaned up and now all hiding places are totally clean.. and so far...no sign of them around the house. Irene in the office did a great job coordinating the details. The men handling the actual cleanup were efficient and also went the extra mile. I had appointments with four different companies but I knew that Rodent Professor would do a great job at a fair price and yes, they all did everything they could to protect my duplex from pesky invaders!

Hard working crew. Did what was promised. Very knowledgeable. Big relief that the house is safe again. Nate was so good and professional. Provided us advise on how to prevent the rats from getting up to the roof & other areas to the house.

Rodent Professor gets 5-stars from me. We had a mice and rat problem in our crawl space and attic. They did a professional job sealing up every small entry point to our house. To be honest, I was initially surprised at how expensive the job was, but I got another quote that came in around the same price. Rodent Professor had a 3-man crew that worked non-stop for 5 hours, as I did not realize how much work was involved. Now 3 months later we have not seen a single dropping. Nate was our rep, he is trustworthy and a good communicator, and I would recommend him to others.

Rodent professor was very proficient in what they do and I was surprised on some of the things they did that I wasn't expecting like even closing any opening in the kitchen and I remember the other company told me to call the plumber to fix the hole. Kudos to Nate who was very friendly and not pushy and upselling and tell you as it is, Diego and crew who did the work and Irene who explained to me the billing. The only thing that I hope they can change is the 3.89% credit card charge and with their price it add up. That's why only 4star.
