It is so incredibly hard to find businesses you can trust especially in the San Francisco Bay Area. After noticing a small mouse sneaking into our crawl space I called Rodent Relief to come and help us. The owner, Damon, was fantastic. He corresponded with me directly, was right on time and gave me many options and suggestions. I love that they are green and do not promote the killing of animals. They scheduled a time to come and seal off the entry points to our crawl space. They showed up, again, on time and did a fantastic job. With so many other companies in the Bay Area taking advantage of people it was great to work with a company that treats people fairly, honestly and does good work. While I hope we do not have rodent problems again I will certainly call Rodent Relief if we do.

I usually look for companies that have a lot of Google reviews, but the one review I found for Rodent Relief was so enthusiastic I decided to go with them. I engaged them for a squirrel intrusion into our attic. I was able to get an inspection scheduled very quickly, and Damon was very professional and thorough in communicating before the appointment about the appointment, and after the inspection about his findings and his recommended course of action. Two more visits - one to install a one-way door to allow the squirrel(s) to leave but keep them out, the second to replace it with a flashing barrier to close off the gap - and we were done. Just like the review I had read, I found them a delight to work with and, although I hope I don't need their services again, I would use them in a heartbeat and can recommend them very highly and very enthusiastically.

Really appreciate this company is oriented first on live exclusion vs kill traps. Damon has been really thorough, fair (I could charge for x, but I don’t think you need to), and responsive. Grateful for quality help with this problem!
