Jordan Seals and Brandon Saucier installed my termite perimeter protection today. Both worked as a team to get the job done. Always professional. Very reliable. Fabulous communication. Highly recommend. I also have mosquito/pest control. They ALWAYS answer all of my questions.

We just bought a house and I DO NOT like bugs of any kind. Dylan came out the first day for the regular inspection and application of pesticides. Let me tell you what! He did the most thorough job over our entire house and our yard. That was about two days ago and since then I have not seen a single mosquito, ant, nor spider! However, bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds still frequent our yard and they don’t seem to be affected so we love that. He was extremely professional and nice and explained everything in terms that I can understand. Earlier today, we received a termite inspection from Cole. And again the most professional service the most thorough inspections possible. He explained everything in terms that we could understand and he was extremely nice. I really appreciate that Romex is willing to work with us when it comes to billing so I don’t have to pay everything all at once. It really helps out with our family’s financial situation. Not only that, but they are affordable for what they do. I believe their service is worth every penny. If you need reliable, and guaranteed service. Romex is the way to go. I will recommend them to everyone we come in contact with.

I really can't give a review at this time. On Monday, I will go around the yard to see if there are any active fire ants in the yard as we have many mounds. I could not follow the tech around the yard as we were having a new AC coil installed and I was interrupted by the AC work. I will give you a review after I inspect the yard Monday. Matt Lacour seemed to know what his task was, and I have no complaints about his service. One conflict was noted. The salesperson, Dakota, said Romex does the whole yard while my termite company (Agape) only sprays the mounds and would not be as effective as Romex. Matt said that Romex does not do the whole yard but only some five feet around the house, but active mounds are sprayed. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I went over the yard this Monday morning and found five (5) small mounds that were overlooked but have active ants. The photos are attached to this review. The mounds are marked with flags so the tech can find them. I came across a sixth active mound late Saturday afternoon but could not find it this morning. Matt Lacour said that he would return if active fire ants were found. Today, 3.26.25, Miranda sprayed active mounds in our yard and did a very thorough job. She sprayed all the fire ant mounds I flagged plus she sprayed one that she found on her own. However, the only problem we have with pests is fireants. We don’t have rats, scorpions, tarantulas, poisonous snakes nor velociraptors. The cost to have Romex kill the fireants is $991.00 for 12 months ($97 + $149 X 6). $991.00 is too expensive just to control fire ants for one year. I know that canceling their service will cost me a fine of $250 but I would rather terminate now having one treatment for $347 ($97 + $250) than pay Another $894 for six more treatments. I have no complaints with the actual service provided by Romex.However, the salesman told me that Romex would treat the whole yard for fireants and not just spray the mounds. This was not a true statement.

Josh is very professional and personable. He talked to me upon his arrival and made sure that he was aware of my concerns. After he completed his work, he went over everything he did to meet my satisfaction. Josh is very polite and thorough, and he knows how to do his job. I am happy to have him servicing my home.

I was close to canceling my service with Romex after my first experience, but then they sent Dylan Cure — and he completely changed my mind! Dylan was amazing from start to finish. He actually took his time, didn’t miss a spot, and made sure every concern I had was addressed. He even asked questions, explained the process, and told me about additional services I’ll definitely be signing up for in the future. Dylan was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve now requested to only have Dylan for my services because he truly earned this review. Unlike others who asked for a review before finishing the job, Dylan worked hard and absolutely deserves recognition! If you want the best, make sure you request Dylan.

Just had Brandon do our quarterly inspection and preventative and he was phenomenal! Best technician we have had since we started using Romex. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of service and answered the questions I had. Definitely went the extra mile for us! Will be requesting him for all future services!

Update: Had another great visit from Josh this week. He is professional, quick, and thorough. I also appreciate that he gives a 10 minutes heads up before he comes so I can make sure the dogs are secured and gate is open before he gets here. --- I appreciate the Romex team! Josh was great today. He called before he was set to come out so I had a heads up of when he was coming. In addition to the routine service, he took out a pesky ant nest and took some additional measures so that they wont come back. Thank you, Josh!
