Tucker did an outstanding job! He carefully inspected my entire home—inside and out—and took care of everything. I had more than 10 wasp nests around my two-story house, some even tucked under the roof, and he managed to remove every single one of them. On top of that, I was dealing with an ant problem in my backyard, and he completely eliminated the piles. He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about different insects and even explained how certain smells attract or repel them, which gave me confidence that the issues were handled properly. Romex and their tech, Jordon did a great job on my new house today. First the initial phone call was very informative and such an amazing price too! Jordon was very prompt and did great! With a young child it was important that I keep bugs out of the house. first off Luis Vazquez was amazing! he explained EVERYTHING in amazing detail, my 84 year old grandmother understood everything he was saying, he was super sweet helped us even move our fridge because we couldn’t. he did an amazing job. and it’s been 2-3 days since our visit and there is a huge difference, we’re seeing no more bugs pretty much. this was effective, affordable, and the service was just flawless. i will continue to use Rolex Pest control! on top of all of that, my dog didn’t have to be gone for 24hrs, which made life super easy, i work full time, take care of my grams, and my dog Asher, and i was able to be home, they worked with my hard schedule and we didn’t even have to be gone for 6hrs, and these bugs we had those little german roaches packed their bags right after Mr. Luis left our house. Our home is clean, and not only roach free, but we’re safe for colder seasons with the services this company provides. Thank y’all for caring about your customers it’s hard to find now a days. Luis did a great job of looking for the wasp nest, flea/tick as well as ant mounds making sure that the insects are exterminated. He did mention that the wasps that stung me last weekend were nested on the fence so he took care of that issue. I commend him for doing an excellent job. Thank you!
