I never knew he was here. I had to look at my security camera tapes to find him. He did not knock or ring our doorbell. My dogs have a barkfest when some one is at the door. The tapes show him going in our back yard and leaving the gate open while he was there. Our dogs were asleep in the house or else thy would have probably run away through the open gate. It looks like he did a good job of treating our yard but we need to know when he is here to lock the dogs in the house. They have their own door to the back yard and are free to come and go.

I scheduled an appointment, no one showed up. I called, they apologized and said they had no one available and an emergency. They wanted to reschedule, I didn't want to lose another days work, plus I needed them then. I would have expected them to call me. I even offered to wait for a later appointment, they wanted another day.

What a joke. Sent me a message saying their scheduling didn't look well and asked if I could schedule for Saturday (next day after planned). Tried reaching out. No contact from them. When I did call they had no idea where the "technician" was. I stayed home all day after halloween for this company and they just completely suck. For me being a new customer I can only imagine how they treat their current customers. BEWARE!!!!

We have used Romney Pest Control for years and are very pleased with the company. They are always able to accommodate our schedule and send out the Cc At a time that is convenient for us. Our technician Jeffrey is unfailingly professional and friendly!

I was originally scheduled for to get a free estimate on Halloween between the hours of 9am-12pm. I get a call on Thursday afternoon that I have to reschedule due the fact that there would be kids and families trick or treating during those hours so I get rescheduled for Saturday 11-01-25 9am-12pm. I wait all day Saturday and even call multiple times to confirm my appointment and all they tell me is that I’m still on the schedule. Customer service tells me they’re going to contact the technician and have him call me. In the end I get a text notifying me that my appointment is moved to Thursday 11-06-25. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this pest control service to anyone.
