Brandon J is the best! He goes above and beyond for his customers. We are signed up for the quarterly ant service. He came by today and first asked me if we wanted him to come back because my son and I were playing in the yard and we’d have to go inside for 30 minutes. Then he noticed our dog food delivery on the front stoop and asked if he could bring it inside for me because he didn’t want to spray it. At the end of the service he brought me outside to show me a huge nest of ants that he had sprayed and said to call him back Monday if they were still there because he wanted to put traps out. So thorough, nice, and professional! Our ant problem is leaps and bounds better since last summer when we started using Rose.

Every year for the last 5-6 years we get a yellowjacket nest somewhere on the property, every year I call Rose and they send out Iszy. He takes care of it, no problem, and we've never had a problem with them coming back (in that same nest and season.) They're quick, friendly, fairly priced, and Iszy in particular is so nice and thorough! He even makes sure that the kids and pets are not going to be running around before he treats. Watching him destroy our invaders has become a yearly tradition my kids look forward to! Highly recommend Rose!

Started off great but when there was a change with my technician, I started to have billing discrepancies. Month 3 and issue still hasn't been resolved.

Lately the wait time to get someone on the phone has been unbearably long. I have been having issues with scheduling as well (tech cancelling on me, then late to rescheduled appointment).

I think Rose is the best in the area. Every technician I've ever had has been professional and competent (though Guy is truly exceptional!). My only complaint is that it's hard to get a hold of them by phone -- usually there's a wait before it goes to voicemail. It would be nice if there were a way to reach someone live but I suspect they might not have someone manning the lines. Nevertheless, when I do email about specific issues related to my account, they are responsive. Overall, the quality of service is still worth the slight annoyance of trying to get through to set up an appointment. Highly recommend.
