James (Jim) is very friendly and helpful. We are happy he is our tech! He gave me his direct number (assuming business number) so I can reach out to him directly with scheduling or pest issues! And he has been extremely flexible with our schedule!

James always does an amazing job!!! He is always very pleasant to be around. He is always asking me if there are any issues that I need taken care of. He always stays on top of any problems that I have. We barely have any bugs….

Ed was great! Very professional, very courteous. He explained what he was doing and what he was going to be doing in the future in ways that were easy to understand. He was very friendly and never condescending. He's clearly very experienced and knows his stuff and i feel like I'm in good hands.

Dakota was very thorough and knowledgeable. We have a home that's been sitting vacant for a while and animals have taken residence in the basement. She put traps down, explained what we need to do for the gaps and entrances for the house, sprayed the area around the house, and then for the outdoor pests she explained how we can safely move them away, and how to set live traps for relocating some of the larger animals.

After being exposed to bedbugs, I was incredibly nervous that I had brought them home. Benjamin and his beagle Obie did a thorough check of my house and van. They were both very professional. I was impressed with Obie’s skill! Benjamin was very patient, answering all of my questions and giving me advice on precautionary measures. I sincerely appreciated all of his insight!

Reilly was knowledgeable, personable, and explained in detail what was necessary and what she was doing to eliminate my wasp/yellow jacket infestation by my sliding glass door. She ended the appointment with telling me exactly what to look for and how to follow up if needed. Note: I'd tried to do it myself but didn't have the proper understanding nor equipment to do the job. Some things just require an expert!! Anyway, I felt very confident because she seemed very competent! I'd highly recommend Rose Pest Solutions based on my experience with their employee!
