Rose has taken care of preventative pest control for us for several years now and we have always been happy with their service. Michael is great. Just came out today and took care of our service. He is very easy to work with, is very knowledgeable, and is also very informative to help us understand what he sees and what he is paying extra attention to.

Roy the Tech, came and met every expectation with service and knowledge! He took care of the wasp nest and answered all my questions and concerns.

Roy was very polite and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way within the time frame I was given. When he arrived he assessed the situation from outside and inside. Let me know what he thought was the best and safest plan of action and then went right to work. Everything seems silent after his treatment but he told me to call if we had any more concerns after a few days. I was emailed a summary of his visit within minutes that included the types of chemicals used.
