Had a bee infestation in my basement developing for about a month and today was the first notice of inside . Knew it was outside but !! I knew the experience of Rose exterminating and called them . Within an hour Jarrad was dispatched. His experience and talent were explained with detail and confidence and took care of our bee issue . The weather didn’t cooperate to do phase 2 , but will be removal and complete coverage . His experience and extremely pleasant nature made us feel at ease with their(his) profession. Thx again .

We were having multiple bee problems (all the bad kinds) and Becca threw on her bee suit a got it done! She even found hundreds nesting right out the back door. Wonderful job and very pleasant! I recommend year round service, the only way to stay completely covered.

Ryan was very professional and kind upon arrival. He quickly located the wasp entry point within minutes and resolved the issue right away. Friendly, polite, and efficient — I’m 100% satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend him!

Jarrad came out and was very understanding about our recent encounter with Yellow Jackets. He did everything possible to take care of a nest that contained thousands near our front porch. My concern was not only for myself, but… For others, such as guests, mail carrier, and delivery drivers. If activity persists in 10 days, I’m to have them re-treat. It may be possible for another nest to pop up somewhere else, due to all the rain we just had. That will be another fee and totally understandable. Poor Jarrad has one of those unfortunate jobs that needs to be done.

Carson was new to coming out to our house, and he did a wonderful job. He was thorough and checked everything, and included spraying some of my problem areas when I asked. Very friendly, great technician.!
