Extremely happy with the service from Rove Pest Control. All of their techs are very professional and do a great job. I’ve gotten to know Blayza over the years, and he’s always been very attentive to any pest concerns we’ve had. I’ve had no bug issues since I started using them. I can rest assured that I’m getting quality service when they come out.

I could not have been happier with the service provided by Christopher on 3/24/25. He was a very pleasant and professional. I was impressed by his knowledge of our issue with stinkbugs and how he would eliminate them from our home. He sprayed the entirety of of the interior of our house and then did a very thorough job spraying the outside. I saw that from our security cameras. Not Only Chris, but every other technician from the company Who was taken care of? Our house has been equally as thorough. That is why we love working with Rove!

Shout to service manager. As soon I raised a concern regarding the service, he showed up the next day and listened to my concern patiently and addressed it. Not very often many react for the feedback but he is a great guy. 4 stars because of the customer service representative and other.

Blayza, Thank you for the excellent service, which included taking the time to explain my options and your processes. If that were not enough, I was shocked to see you had brought my trash and recycling receptacles up my driveway. You are appreciated!!!

JB was great! He was so knowledgeable as we discussed the best path moving forward for our ant problem. He took care of the problem immediately and we look forward to our monthly treatments.

Very disappointed in the expected services. Rove was recommended by a family member so I was excited that they would perform as promised. I signed up on Friday and was given an expected service time of 2pm-6pm on the same day. No technician showed up or called. I called Saturday morning and was told that the offices were closed and we would not be serviced until some time next week. I think that this is poor customer service and a horrible first impression.
