    Dylan did an amazing job eradicating the massive hornets nest we had discovered. I appreciated the phone update where he described what he observed and the action he took. Additionally Dylan had the presence of mind to retreat around the perimeter and checked our rodent traps. True “Five Star” customer service!

    Gavin was terrific! He not only completed his planned service he sprayed some active wasp nests to keep me from having to call in for a reservice! Thank you Gavin! Now my kiddos can play basketball! I really appreciate that extra step in customer service.

    Called them out to get rid of a Yellowjacket nest near my crawl space. Young man who visited was awesome. Read their reviews carefully. Sounds like most people are very happy with their one time service, and most people are very upset with their ongoing service. Choose wisely

    Very disappointing. I contracted with them for a long time before I found out there were charging me $50 per service more than they were charging a family member that has a wayyyy larger property. Also, When I moved away from the property and needed to cancel, their customer service rep was impossible to work with. He kept trying to sell me on staying, offering lowered prices, even though I kept telling him over and over and over again I wanted to cancel because I no longer lived at the property and they had been overcharging me for the past year. I couldn’t fathom how difficult they were making it. I then talked to a different person who gave me the same run around but finally said they would cancel my services. She told me I could call back and pay the early termination fee at a later point a week or two in the future when it worked better for me, just for them to automatically charge my card the next morning and refuse to return the payment or honor their own words and representations.

    Patrick with Saela was very helpful and thorough making sure all of our pest needs were met. We wanted to be sure he would be careful around a bird nest in our yard but still be able to tackle some bugs and rodents that we didn’t want. He did a good job and made sure we were set up for success in the future

    We’ve had Saela since before they merged and always enjoy Gavin as our rep. He has great customer service, from following the signs in our property to asking if we have any specific concerns, and is polite and does a thorough job.

    The service dates were usually on time I had a cocoon by my back door for an entire year. I had a tech come out that wouldn't check the traps in my home because of my medium sized dog. Then I had to fight with the supervisor at the end of my contract for over 15 minutes to cancel the contact. I have never been so frustrated in my life. Would not recommend ever to anyone!

    Were not taking down spider webs, not treating high web areas and I constantly had to call them to retreat or accept that they were not doing what was asked. I continued to see spiders and silver fish well into my contract. Got tired of feeling like I have monitor them to make sure they do what they agreed to do and calling for re-service, which sometimes they showed up without the proper supplies to do it.

    Michael is always friendly, professional & thorough. He always asks if I have any issues & keeps his eyes open to issues & gives suggestions if needed. I referred my neighbor to Saela & she too had Michael & she’s been pleased as well.

    Michael is awesome! He is super knowledgeable and explains everything that he thinks our house and yard need. However, he doesn’t try to oversell me services in an annoying way.

    First I wanted to say I'm very upset that you sprayed right over my dogs water bowl and you didn't even have the courtesy to dump it or anything...I know it's my responsibility to take care of those things but I spaced it one other time and they had the courtesy to dump it that time for me. it just makes me sad to see you didn't care enough about the customer to take care of that simple task. So no I will not be having you do any other service for me except the next spray in February, and I'm doing that one because it was already planned out so yay I'm a little upset especially since I was giving you guys this opportunity to make this worth it to me and to you. I was trying to decide if I should continuing work with you sign a new contracts but now I'm just going to have to see how well this stuff, takes care of my problem, that you sprayed.

    Ian did great. He spent the rxtra time to do it right. I know this is important to most people but it was especially important to me because I'm a palliative caregiver who supports someone who cannot defend themselves from simple things like spiders.

    When I have guests at my house eating at my backyard they love they they don’t get disturbed by bugs. I am always appreciative how quickly the respond if there are any issues like a pesky wasp hangs around looking for a place to nest.
