    Patrick was very positive and informative. I asked him if he can check a few things. He checked them out for me to ensure I didn’t have any wasp nest and the two I had he went knocked down for me. I recommend Patrick for any job at my house or my friends.

    Disappointed with my service with Saela. I just had my house serviced via the plan I paid for quarterly. They completely missed 2 large wasps nest on the side/front of my house. Before this, they missed 2 smaller nests on the front of my home-- I ended up removing them myself! I called back and thankfully they are coming to remove the nest for free but I still have to call back after the service to completely cancel my plan with them--- which they make extremely difficult. I cannot cancel before the service or else I'm 'out of warranty', while this is completely on their team for not doing their job-- they should do it regardless, I've already given them my money. The woman I chatted with in customer service was very kind, but I can't help but feel like this company robbed me for the last year being locked into this plan and not meeting the basic outline of the services they claim to provide. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

    TJ was great with understanding what we needed done and he was descriptive with what he was doing and what we should expect. He was also observant and pointed out some other issues that we will have Saela come out to inspect. This guys is a keeper Saela!

    If you have kids or pets do not use this company. Had my daughters toys sprayed and the dog bowls not once but multiple times luckily I was seen they were wet from the solution they use and was able to clean them. This company is not about providing helpful service they just care about the money, got locked in a 24 month contract that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of but I’m finally free so if you care about the safety of your little ones or pets I’d highly recommend not using them. Great sales people tho they will lie and make you feel like everything is going to be taken care of just to find yourself wasting money on bad service and horrible products that doesn’t work.

    Horrible work ethics. They are a scam and won’t let me cancel when my CONTRACT is done. Called to cancel because my contract is up, Tyler, the manager said he will handle it and cancel but they have since made 3 appointments that I didn’t even make and they keep showing up at my house! Now the manager is not contacting me back when he told me no one is “screwing with me” and I don’t have nothing to worry about. My contract is up and they won’t let me go. Also, out of the whole time only one person did a good job and found the wasp nest. Who has time to keep contacting a company with no morals to do what they say they’re going to do. Tyler said he came in to make the company better but this back and forth is exhausting and frustrating.

    Josh came by our house while I was mowing the lawn this afternoon and offered his services. Unfortunately, I had to decline due to upcoming landscaping work; however, Josh drove a hard bargain and made it tough to say no. Although it didn’t make sense for us to get pest control this season, the services offered are reasonable and comprehensive, from the lawn to the garage. At the end of the conversation with Josh, I was impressed by his willingness to provide customer-first options and thorough service.

    A year ago, a Saela sales rep came to my door promising a high-quality pest control service. What I got instead was a string of misleading claims and a product that simply doesn’t work. I tried canceling multiple times over the past year, only to be told I was locked into a one-year contract and would have to pay the full amount to exit early. So I stuck it out, paid $130 per treatment, endured multiple retreats, and still had bugs. When the year was finally up, I called again to cancel—only to be told my contract was actually for two years. That was the last straw. I demanded to speak with a manager and was connected with Tyler. After explaining my entire experience and the ineffectiveness of their service, he assured me my account was canceled and there would be no cancellation fees. I thought it was finally over—until today, when I received yet another text saying they’re coming to continue treatment. This company is a complete joke. Their customer service is disorganized, their product is ineffective, and their sales tactics are deceptive. My advice: if you see Saela Pest Control going door to door, don’t answer. Save yourself the headache.

    Used Saela when it was Edge in Portland OR and still amazing service, predictable, friendly and helpful :) Highly recommend! Riley evaluated the pests and selected multiple types of applications and even found pests we weren’t aware of (4 wasp nests). He was GREAT!

    Tyler did a great job. The only issue I had was I asked him if I needed to pay him now. He said yes so I gave him my credit card and I payed him $90 for the service ( I thought). A few days later I get a bill for $90. I payed it but what happened to the $90 I payed the day he was here?

    Dejion was a wonderful tech. He was kind and transparent from the beginning of his work. Unfortunately he was not able to complete the contracted work due to circumstances out of his control. He still did an outstanding job and would absolutely recommend him.

    Adrian always gives a friendly notification when he's going to be at the property, giving ample time to make sure that the dog is inside. Always quick and efficient. He also always checks in to make sure there are no issues with additional pests seen in the neighborhood. Thanks Adrian!

    Justin has been my service provider for quite a while and he always has great advice. Whether I’m home or not, service is top notch and when I’m lucky enough to catch him, Justin is always friendly and knowledgeable.

    This company is a complete scam. They lock you into a hidden contract promising results but in reality due the bare minimum. Will send out “free” inspection to try and sell you thousands more in scam products. Stay far away from this company!! After selling our home, they still tried to come out multiple times even after speaking to a “manager” that stated no one would come out. Then they charged a $299 early cancellation fee. Complete trash of a company!!
