I'd give a Zero if I could. This company will push you relentlessly to join up with them and when you finally accept they will underwhelm you with service. The sales person who came to my door despite a no soliciting sign wasn't going to leave without a sale. he went as far as to pay for the first service himself. I was told that services would be every two months but there they were not even 30 days later performing a service at my home. The tech arrived and walked once around my house and left. Provided no service at all and charged me $149. There are still at least 3 wasp nests that I can see. The fact that he was here for a grand total of 8 minutes should show just how lazy and incompetent they are as a company. If that wasn't enough when you search their customer service phone number you get hits on Russian websites. Don't let this company take your money.

Jose was awesome! He came and completely took care of every concern we had and was a pleasure to talk to! He was also training someone and the two of them discussed what treatment would be the best for our wasp problem and mouse problem. They not only sprayed and dusted but inspected our home for any place that needed extra care. They were a great team!

This service would have been so much better if their account management wasn't absolutely terrible. The techs were great, but when I went to cancel my service I had to tell them over 8 times that I didn't want some discount, and that I didn't want to continue service. After making me go through all of this effort, I was told that I had to call their account manager to cancel my service and BLATANTLY TOLD ME it was because they wanted to try and sell me more. "This is just our process, I can't cancel you here"

Jose and Jen came out to do our initial service today and were very patient to listen to all my needs and acted accordingly while providing valuable insight to things we should watch for. Very happy

Bryce, with Saela Pest completed one of most detailed services we have had done since we signed up with the company. We were very please with his attention to detail while servicing our property, communications with findings and work completed any issues found with solutions completed and F/U recommendations. Would definitely recommend Bryce with Saela Pest, hope to see him again.

Never a problem. They give me a few days' notice and come out every other month for the barrier. Found this dead on the back patio today, letting me know that their work is doing the job amazing. When I moved in I had 10 large widows throughout the home. Haven't seen any inside since hiring these guys. Wish the shed service didn't cost extra, or else I'd get it. But paper wasps aren't that big a deal for me

Worse pets control company ever, I hired this people to get ride off a wasps nest, they were sending people almost everyday for a week and none of the workers complete the job even the last worker who came just got ride of half of the nest and said he would send somebody else the next day nobody show up ne next day even when I call twice and I ask for my refund everytime I called, and the ladies at the phone refuse to give me my refund so now I'm stuck with half of the nest and without refund so if you're looking for a pets control don't bother calling these people. These are the pictures of the nest they supposed to remove which I paid $199.99 but they never did. They end up giving my refund after insist multiple times but then I had to get ride of the nest myself so the last pictures is the nest they couldn't exterminate.

Beware of being sold false promises and “blanket” solutions as an upsell. These guys came in and sold me a $3300 service that was not only supposed to prevent further rodent issues, but they claimed they would come by and check traps, ensure the job was done. Not only has the sales rep (Garry) completely ignored my calls since the initial sale, but I have only had Saela come by or talk to me when I reach out upset after finding more evidence. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the services I’ve paid for, and will be seeking further remedy if they don’t make it right. Don’t be fooled by the upsell!

Zarell arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection of all traps both outside and in my garage. Traps were rebaited when needed. I would recommend him as a proficient professional

Never sealed outside of house which I paid them for to stop mice. Never did a clean of the feces which I paid them for. Set up mouse traps with no bait! Stood me up 3 times in a row for apointments with 4 hour windows. AVOID its a scam as far as I am concerned. Disputed charges and will likely take them to court and go after their licenses to ever be in this business again.
