As a city person moving to the country, she provided me with insight into their procedures and what critters to expect in this new environment. Her information made me feel confident that they were the right Pest Control service to choose out of the local competitors. When our exterminator, Josh, arrived, he walked us through the types of insects that live in this area, their behaviors, and how to deal with them if we come into contact with them. With his extensive knowledge, we learned a great deal about how to mitigate insects that frankly scare the bejeezus out of us. We had never met anyone with the S-tier wisdom he has with critters. Since we booked this service prior to moving furniture, the spraying was quick (also safe for pets like our golden retriever), and he installed two bait stations to help with any rodents that may come our way. The spray was applied a few hours before it rained, and it still adhered to the areas where it was applied. We notice that if a cricket hops over it, it dies shortly after, and we don't have to worry about it. We are happy with the quality of service, from both the office and the field work, provided by Safe Earth Pest Control. Safe Earth always does a great job! Josh is our tech, and he has amazing communication, is friendly and is always vigilant when at my house. He does a great job about explaining what he’s doing to get rid of pests and why he’s doing it (because I’m nosey and want to know lol)!!
