Very easy booking experience. Ryan promptly answered the phone and answered all of my questions. Price for monthly service is very reasonable. Communication is excellent. I was given plenty of notice of their arrival. Our technician Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything to me before starting. An absolutely outstanding experience with Safe Spray. Highly recommend!

Communication to set up service was excellent. I spoke with Stan who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gave me all the information I needed. Didn’t feel pressured and I followed up with him when I made my decision. Love the options that were given. Stan scheduled my service. When Nick the Service Technician came by, he was just as friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We have pets, so it was excellent all information provided to us. Initial contact with office personnel was friendly, understanding, and informative about service options as well as pricing. Scheduling a day and time was done for the day after the initial call. Technician Xavier came out, did a walk through of where I had issues and listened to my explanations of what I wanted done. He was very obliging and thorough in applying treatments as I had requested. Very friendly and considerate. Five stars all around. I was very pleased with our service and most importantly the quick response time! Xavier did a great job! He was very polite, helpful, and professional. He listened to all of my concerns and assured me they would be taken care of. He sprayed the house inside and out, put out stuff to deal with the ants, as well as disposed of my old baits that were full of dead ants. He even battled some wasps for us. 😂 We will be so happy to finally have a bug free house again!
