I’ll start of quickly by saying Great service and Timely. I called for a quote on a Saturday afternoon after finding termites in my basement, and they came out for an estimate the very next day on Sunday- happy & surprised about the speed. By the end of the week I had my house and various areas in the basement treated for the termites. I will be back for any other issue and highly recommend them. Thanks Sam!

I recommend Sam to everyone who has pest issues. I had squirrels in my attic. Sam found several holes where the squirrels broke in below the roof shingles and near the gutters. (If you need new roof work, make sure to use high quality shingles that will not shrink over time - He was able to close up the holes with metal guards. He left a trap in the attic if any squirrels remained. Yesterday he came back to check the trap, and there was a dead squirrel. Sam was hear 3 times to complete this work. He called ahead each time to let me know he was coming. Very polite and efficient. Thank you, Sam. When I may need you in the future.... . I will call you again! Great job!

Sam the bug man is great. As a landlord, he is willing to communicate with my tenants and self with no issues. Normally I worry about how contractors talk to my tenants but Sam and his team keep it very professional. They are also very reasonable with pricing as well as extremely punctual.
