We had the first pest control company come out and treat and we didn’t not see results. But when I contacted (referral) S&B he took the job and treated my mother home for bedbugs and with the first treatment they were gone. He always work with us on scheduling as my mother is 91 years of age and hate to be moved around.(grumpy) I appreciate it and I am thankful. They gave great customer service to me and my family. S&B did the job so good that I’m fighting with my mother so they can do the(1-3) last Service. A example of Be of service!

I have been using this company service for a while for my commercial property. They are on time and offer the best service at reasonable prices. Today, I called them for their services to one of my properties. The technician showed up about 5 minutes before the appointment and did the service and after completing it, he handed me over the invoice. I didn’t have my check with me; he told me that I could pay with a credit card and call the office anytime. I called the office, and Mr. Billy, the owner, answered the phone. I did ask him if it was okay to pay his technician in cash. He told me it was alright. I was in a hurry to stop the guy before leaving my property and thought I gave him two 50-dollar bills, two ten-dollar bills, and five one-dollar bills. A few minutes later, the technician returned and asked me how much I gave him; I told him $125. He pulled out the money and showed me it was $145. I called back the owner to retain such a kind employee, which is recommendable and expressed my admiration. He told me the technician has been working with him for the last 38 years. What an amazing company and, honestly, business to find this day, this company is great and deserves to raise my hat. I am recommending this business from my heart. I am already remained to keep a lasting relationship.

Great guys. Answered my call even while at lunch. Came in under the hour estimated. For a small.house brought two canisters and two guys did every room and answered my questions while reminding me of what to expect and not to do. Definitely recommend.
