The customer service rep. her name was Ivy, she was so sweet and so much help, she listened to me and she definitely knows what she is talking about, very good at her job!!! Also the man who came out to spray, I believe his name was Joe, he was also great, very nice, answered all questions, went over everything and did his job well!!! Overall I would most definitely recommend Scout, they are professional and very nice and also affordable which is great in this economy!!! Five stars across the board!!

Everything from my initial phone call to receiving service (just a few hours later) was phenomenal. James was very kind and informative on my phone. He swiftly came to our home and treated it. He has since ensured we were satisfied with our services and has been available for any questions we’ve had.

Joe and his helper were out today to treat my new built for insect, spiders and mice. They did a great job of explaining the process and educating me along the way. Very professional and nice.

We were made aware of our technicians name and time of arrival. We were even given an ETA from the tech. Hannah was amazing. Very personable and did an amazing job. Explained everything and took time to check everything. It wasn’t a five minute, half assed visit. Will definitely continue to use and recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful visit from scouts pest control the other day. The technician, Lance, was so helpful and so friendly. I appreciate what he did. I like the company a lot. I have recommended them to several people.

Outstanding Service!! We’ve only been a customer for a few months now, but we regret not joining the Scout Family sooner. From the initial appointment to the routine monthly services with Lance, that’s how it feels. Like a visit with family/ friends. We live out in the county, and our biggest issue was outside pests. Scout is great!! They have been to our house twice now. The first visit was the initial visit where they came out and sprayed inside & outside. The second visit was basically them coming out to check on everything, seeing if there are still issues that need to be taken care of, and answering any questions we had! After the first visit our issues were taken care of and we haven't seen anything since, so the second visit was quick and easy!! They really do their job which puts you at ease! I would like to add that Joe is the technician that came out to our house both times and he is just awesome!! He really knows his job, does everything very thorough, and listens to anything you have to say! I would definitely recommend Scout and Joe to anyone!!

I called Scotts Pest Control because we had an issue with brown recluse spiders in our attic this summer. I am thrilled to report that not only has our brown recluse spider issue been resolved but we no longer have any other random creepy crawlers in our house or on our porch! Our technician Frank is really thorough and has a very professional and courteous manner. The company's follow up is consistent and rescheduling to meet my needs is a breeze.
