Reasonable prices, responses are timely and professional. We live in the middle of nowhere so we had issues with mice and had an awful amount of carpenter bees and other bees that were just ruining everything. They come out every month to treat for bees and mosquitoes and we have no more issues! All around great services! Thank you Josh for your amazing services!! Definitely recommend to everyone.

Austin did a great job installing termite bait traps around our home. He was patient in answering my questions and thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and how the treatment would work. The previous owners paid for the treatment before we bought the house in early March, but we had to wait, first until the ground thawed, then until we could get some landscaping work done, to have the treatment done. Seitz did a great job keeping track of the work needed so that nothing fell theoigh the cracks, and provided us with the proof of service we needed for our mortgage company. We are happy customers and will not hesitate to use their services again!

AUSTIN did a wonderful assessment of the hornets nest and suggested to inject the nest and come back in a week to take it down. Very friendly , knowledgeable and polite. I would rate him a 20 out of 10 Unlike Rick Wycoff service manager who did the initial inspection for my mortgage company and put the info about the hornets nest in his report but NEVER said anything to me. Now my mortgage company is holding up my money till it is taken care of!!!! I am very upset with him about his lack of being honest. I would rate him a 2 out of 10. I also like ERIC who did my first treatment of spraying the house and getting up bait stations, he was also very helpful, friendly and polite. I would rate him a 10 out of 10! We have a new build house so with the seasons changing, we had bugs! I was able to get Eric Szumigraj to my house within a few days. He went over the maintenance plan with me and thoroughly explained the process and why/how bugs are on our property and in our house. Eric was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable. I was concerned with the spray as I have a small dog but Eric reassured me and went through how the spray works and where he would be applying it to. Highly recommended. Happy I have someone to help with the creepy crawlies!

We recently discovered some unwanted “friends” in our house and called a few exterminators to get quotes. Seitz Bros. was by far the friendliest, most helpful, and most reasonably priced out of all of them! Austin came today to do our service and he was great! He was knowledgeable and helped answer and explain any questions or issues we had. And he was great with our cats! Overall Austin & Seitz Bros made this not so great thing an easy and painless process.

Austin was a wonderful technician. He had come initially to help service my bathroom due to bag worms. During his visit he had helped me with a snake issue that I was having in my basement. He was a wonderful technician and went well above the expectations. Five out of five service.
