Mike, the technician, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected every head, component, and process of my irrigation system. He made a few adjustments, explained everything clearly, and even pointed out issues I already suspected with my system. Mike scheduled a follow-up to repair the faulty components, and his expertise and confident explanations gave me a much better understanding of how my system works and how to use it effectively. This experience was easy, informative, and left me completely satisfied. I highly recommend Sherlock Holmes Irrigation, and especially Mike for their professionalism and quality service.

First, it is unacceptable and unsafe to post my house and street number publicly in your reply. Please remove that information immediately, privacy matters for all customers. Second, I want to clarify that you serviced my yard three times, not two, and yet I am still dealing with the same pest issues, ant beds, and a poor lawn despite your assurances about treating (BAHIA GRASS) that was discussed before you guys were hired. The results were disappointing, and my concerns about pests and lawn health remain unresolved. While I appreciate your customer service and prompt communication, your actual treatments did not deliver on what was promised. I expect professionalism in both your privacy practices and the results of your services. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and makes changes to protect client privacy and deliver on service commitments.

Ask for Tony! Tony arrived on time, did a fair and thorough initial assessment of our entire irrigation system and was very clear in explaining exactly what we needed and why we needed it. He didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics. Basically, "Here's what you need, this is why, and here's what it will cost." Would highly recommend him to at least do your initial assessment and repair whatever is needed. Their quarterly checkups are very reasonable as well.
