Everyone was very pleasant and explained what they would do for my ant and mice in garage. They also followed up with me during the months to make sure all was well. Excellent service and no more bug or mice problems. I signed on for 3 more months as the price was affordable for me and on a fixed income 5 stars for sure!

Terrible customer service. Pest control did not help our issues at all, aside from ant control. When I attempted to have our home serviced for the third time in 4 months, that we are paying monthly for, I was replied to with a cancellation of service and nothing else. They tell you you can call them out anytime you have issues when they get you to sign up under contract but will just cancel on you when you have a need for them. Makes no sense. In past visits the bug guy showed up without notice, all around unhappy with this company aside from one bug guy who was very nice and informative. Happy to take our business elsewhere.

We just signed up for the pest control service. Cameron was great explaining everything that is included and was able to get Brittany over to our home the same day to address an ant issue we were having. Brittany communicated with us after addressing the issue and going through the entire home. We greatly appreciate the quick and efficient service we received!
