We had two yellow jacket nests at our home - one in ground and one inside a 2nd story soffit. I called Dave because I genuinely prefer to support local businesses. And working with Dave and Joe was simply the best move. They were timely, accommodating, affordable, knowledgeable and stood by their work. In fact their customer service and workmanship were so outstanding that I recommended them to my coworker who also had a yellow jacket problem. Key word is HAD because Joe was able to take care of the nests at her home asap to the same platinum standard as our home. I'd give them 6 stars if possible on Google.

I was in a bind and needed to find a pest company for termites. I called 8 other companies in the area and couldn't find a single person that felt comfortable using. Then called Shoreline and got in touch with Dave. Dave was amazing. After talking with him for 10 minutes, he understood what needed, quoted me a price range and was able to get someone out to the property same day to inspect! The technician that came by was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional...and it was nothing but red carpet service from beginning to end. Turns out, termites weren't the only problem. There was an ant issue in the kitchen, the beginning a mouse issue in my basement and the start of a yellow jacket issue in the backyard! Unexpected but Im so relieved they came out to check. It's been less than a week and everything is gone! would highly recommend Shoreline to anyone and would DEFINITELY choose them again!

Dave was friendly and straight forward when scheduling, he made me feel at ease, and I could tell he was knowledgeable. Joe was amazing, very honest and kind and thoroughly inspected my home. He recommended treatment and was fun to talk to. I was having an awful pest experience and these guys helped take some of my stress away. We had a large yellowjacket nest under the siding of our house. I couldn't get to it with any commercially available products. Shoreline came in the next day, and twenty-four hours later, the nest was destroyed. Excellent service.
