Ian took special care in entering our house. It had been raining and he put on a covering for his shoes were muddy from a previous home he serviced. Very friendly and able to answer my questions. He did a great job inside and out side of our home.

If I could give no stars, I would. Door to door salesman that over promises with false information then under delivers. Locks into a “contract” for monthly services, then does not come monthly. No follow up on requested services (we still have boxes for pests they never returned to retrieve), but when payment stops, they are quick to harass and then state services are different than what was promised. Door bell cameras and video surveillance is a beautiful thing to have when it comes to “who came out and when.” We ended up having to pay a separate company to do the same thing Shrike promised. Additionally, we’ve had to do our own maintenance which has done great, and more cost effective than what this company promised then did not do. Gave the company the opportunity but when they fail short, they want to take money for services that weren’t received and charge for a remainder of a “contract” that never produced any sort of benefit from the services they promised. Steer very clear from this company-they lock you into a “contract” don’t deliver, then harass you for amounts they conned you into. That’s how they’re making money. I wasn’t going to leave a poor review until the calls continuously came instead of this company saying “we under delivered and we understand your dissatisfaction.” I realize now that it’s a scheme and hopefully others won’t make the mistake.

Eloy stopped by to tell me about the services. He actually saw my "No Soliciting" sign and walked away without ringing the bell (which I appreciated). I saw him and asked for more info, then ended up signing a contract. AJ came as scheduled for my initial appointment and did a great job. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions. Both gentlemen were very courteous and professional! So far, I'm extremely impressed with this company.

Honestly! I have had such a positive experience with Shrike! We have never had anyone come out and spray for bugs we always managed on our own. But since they came by our door and we signed up they have been so easy to work with and so kind!!! We have had several different people from the company come out and spray and always friendly and nice. Always make the time for us as the customer and our concern. Ian is our fav but have never had a bad experience with anyone including the main office people!

Jasper was great helping us get set up/explaining their services. Keaton came out the next day to treat our house and yard. Very nice people, and I love that they guarantee their work!

Great service. Very professional. Took care of the spider webs on all the eves on the porch. Very thorough. Great young men with excellent work ethics. Recommend these guys 150%. Young Salesman was also very professional and polite. Very happy customer. Thank you
