I received the initial consultation quickly. Sam was the technician & he was polite, thorough & professional. He explained the process & answered all my questions. Dillon came to install the termite control system & he was polite & completed the job quickly. Both technicians texted when they were on their way giving me a 15 minute eta & that was helpful. Both arrived in the time frame that had been scheduled. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this pest control service and Sam! I had a rat the size of a cat at Paper Recovery (no joke!), and I was completely freaked out. From the moment I called, they reassured me and Sam came out right away. He was incredibly professional, and after a quick inspection, he got to work. Within just a few minutes, the rat problem was taken care of! He was so thorough, and I felt confident they knew exactly what they were doing. Not only was the service fast and efficient, but they also made sure we were safe throughout the process. If you ever find yourself facing a rat (or something worse), this is the tech you need. I have been with Paper Recovery of Georgia for over a year and Sam is the best. He is very fast at responding when we call with a pest problem. He has the perfect personality for what he does.
