Excellent service! Very easy to call or text to schedule. The people I spoke with on the phone are so friendly and helpful. They give you a window for your service, but always text about 30 minutes before with an exact ETA. My tech, Leigh, has been great-friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer all my questions. Will also come in between services if needed with no extra charge.

Had a wonderful experience with Simple Pest Management. We had a rodent problem but never actually saw the culprit, just the wreckage it left behind. They worked with us on pricing and were very prompt with communication. Dylan never failed to answer my calls or call back immediately. Christ Barber who completed the inspection was incredibly knowledgeable and congenial. It was clear what work needed to be done and why.

Very good, serviceable people. They listened and understood our problem with rodents, place traps and found areas where rats were getting inside the house. The prices are reasonable too, I recommend them.
