He is very nice, but I was to have the apt in morning, he did not come in my house cuz he did not ring bell and he was suppose to! He came back after I called Company and they were very helpful I will say to make it right. The work got done, next time it will go easier. They do a great job however!! Very nice employees!!!

Nathan did a thorough job of examining the house and finding all the potential entryways for pests. He went over the plan to show up entryways and take care of the pests. I felt the price for all the work to be done was reasonable. Nacho and Norman did all the repair work. Again, they were very good at communicating what needed to be done and why and patiently answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the professional service all around.

Very pleased with ATCO Pest. They called me no more than 10 minutes after I requested a quote on line. Their initial visit was within 5 days. The Technician who came out, Ian, explained everything thoroughly, was kind and respectful to my elderly Mom, and completed the initial treatment promptly. The second technician, Nathan was similarly outstanding. Nathan explained everything patiently, and provided additional tips. Outstanding service!

Love this company. Field techs like Ian have gone above and beyond expectations in helping eradicate the carpenter ant problem we came to them with. I followed exact instructions and let the baits do the work like they told me and I am so very pleased with the results. Highly recommend this company and the service technicians who come out are willing to take their time to get to the root of problem and they truly do care!
