I recently had Simply the Best Pest Control come out to address some pest concerns, and I was very impressed with the service. The technician, Matt, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and pointed out the most vulnerable areas of the house, especially considering the carpenter ant issue we’ve been dealing with. What stood out the most was how attentive he was to my concerns, especially regarding the safety of my two small dogs. He thoroughly explained the products being used and reassured me that they would not be harmful to my pets. Before leaving, he made sure I was fully satisfied with the service. I truly appreciated the professionalism and care he brought to the job.

March 28, 2025 addition: Follow-up service from Tristen this afternoon was excellent. We weren't home when he arrived and only pulled up just after he had finished. He was about to head to his next stop, but took the time to tell us everything he did about the termite stations, spraying around the foundation, etc. And, of course, asked if we had any other questions of concerns he could take care of. Wish Google would let me post another 5-star rating! Wow! Great service from Simply The Best Pest Control and Phillip C. in particular this morning. He stopped by the house a couple of months ago when we first had an issue after seeing some termite activity. He came over and not only checked things out, but also gave us plenty of information and advice while leaving us a quote for service. After contacting the office and requesting Phil in particular to come over to do our work, he once again traveled all the way up north to Passaic Co. from his home base to help us. He showed up at the specified time (calling about ten minutes before to give us a heads-up on his arrival) and explained everything he was doing as he worked around the house and yard. He answered every question we had. Not only that, he was friendly and worked cheerfully the entire time...even though it was a miserable and humid 90F day outside! Great service, knowledgeable technician...Phil is definitely a fantastic representative for STBPC. We're already loving the peace of mind knowing that we're in good hands when it comes to any pest issues we may encounter in the future. Thanks Phil!

Sorry for the late rating Alex and Paul! We had a great experience with getting our ant treatment in our home. It took several times but it's finally under control. We also had a mice problem in the home and both Alex and Paul were able to control the situation. We also had a bee problem and the treatment was able to help. I recently had a pest inspection and treatment done by Simply The Best Pest Control, and I am very happy with their service! They were prompt and professional throughout the process. Jordan was fantastic—she helped me with scheduling the inspection and treatment for the very next day and was great at addressing all my concerns. Then, Joe came out for the visit, and he was thorough and professional, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a seamless experience! Highly recommend them for any pest issues.

Had an awesome experience with Tristen Martinelli last week. He was very professional and handled our little critter problem quickly and explained the next steps in the process very thoroughly. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. I like the office staff very much too. You get a human person when you call for service. I switched from another major competitor and found them to be much more reasonable and responsive.

We've been using Simply the Best since we moved into our home 3.5 years ago. We have cows nearby, so there is always a copious variety of bugs surrounding us. Simply the Best has done a wonderful job keeping bugs outdoors since we started with them & they never hesitate to come out quickly when needed. I found a tick on my daughter earlier this week & Craig came out today to spray for ticks & mosquitos. Craig was professional, as is all of the staff I've encountered at Simply the Best, & got the job done efficiently and effectively. I will continue to recommend Simply the Best to anyone in need of Pest Control services.

Gabriel De Santiago was my technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable and through. He went out of his way to explain the process, and then suited up to battle the yellow jackets on my behalf.

SAME DAY SOLUTION! Called these guys up at 11:45am after uncovering that yellow jackets were making their way into our boiler room through the side of the house. Spoke to Dan, who pulled some strings to find a technician that could be here same day. At 4:15pm, the technician Gabriel was on the scene! (P.S. they also gave me a 2-hour window for when to expect the technician and texted me 30 minutes before his arrival). Gabriel investigated the situation and talked to me through the game plan. From start to finish, the entire on-site was only 45 minutes! Gabriel also told me that if we still noticed the problem persisting after seven days, they will come back and address the issue (I believe at no charge? Did not confirm this.) Simply The Best Pest Control know what they’re doing!

Gabriel did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. He set some mouse traps in the attic, did a perimeter spray for general insects, and treated yellow jackets the were nesting under my siding. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews.

I have been dealing with yellow jackets coming into my apartment through a hole in the living room window/wall for 4 days. Extremely agitated and flying around. Daily I probably killed around 7 to 8 that were coming inside. Finally decided to find an exterminator. Our technician was Gabriel, extremely knowledgeable as well as professional was able to quickly find out where they were coming in and provide us with a solution. I’m extremely grateful and thankful for him. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pests!

We had our first treatment for Bees, mice, and bugs. Technician was really a gentleman, very knowledgeable and took care of everything. He answered all questions and took care of everything. Very good experience. Great technician!
