The technician named Zachary came out to my address to treat for general pests and bees. He was very knowledgeable as far as what products to use when it comes to certain pests. He was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable that my pest issue would be taken care of. After my service I have notice a big difference and very satisfied. I will be signing up for quarterly services for maintenance!!

In and out! That's the first YES! A guaranty of retreatment if necessary. I hope I don't need it, but it's good to know it's there if necessary. That's the second YES! Polite service person who easily and readily agreed to observe my no shoes policy with his shoe covers. That's the third YES! My star off is because of the monthly billing. My old company billed me quarterly just as I was scheduled for service. This monthly billing is new to me. I'm more comfortable with paying when I'm serviced. Please consider that option for your customers. The way you bill now ties up my money for at least 2 months. Paying one and done quarterly is a great option for poor people. And I'm poor. The fourth YES is Just Do it Already! YES!
