I live in Great Lakes Navy Housing, where my home is quite old and full of wear and tear—making it easy for rodents to enter. After contacting the housing authority two weeks prior to no avail, I endured rats running freely through my house as if it were their playground. Out of desperation, I even purchased my own traps from Home Depot before Smithereen Pest Management Services was contracted to assist. My representative, Mr. Ricardo Munoz, provided two home visits and was exceptionally professional, courteous, and understanding. He didn’t take my distress lightly. Mr. Munoz conducted a thorough inspection, identified the rodents’ entry points, and expertly sealed them with professional wire mesh. He also ensured he would make recommendations to the housing authority regarding exterior holes that required further sealing. As a result, four rats were humanely eliminated, removed, and seven additional traps were strategically placed throughout my home for peace of mind! Mr. Munoz also shared excellent prevention tips that went above and beyond my expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! I’m deeply grateful for the service and professionalism provided. Should I ever need pest management again, I sincerely hope Mr. Munoz is the technician assigned—because I know the job will be done right!

So disrespectful to me on the phone, I run a large property and we’ve had a contract for years, i called because we were told to call if we saw live bugs and they will return to spot spray, as part of our contract, before I could explain that we had an ongoing contract, he told me I probably had bugs because I can’t just leave food all around my house without ever seeing my house. As soon as I handed the phone to a male colleague the tone of the phone call changed completely. They also switched the day of the week we were serviced without communicating to us and then told us we missed our appointment.

Returning customer. I called back to make another appointment. Larry from the call center was extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommend this pest control service. I was very impressed the first time I used service by the technician they sent out he was very detailed and inspected areas of concern well.

Great and quick service from Nicolas- answered all our questions and work was completed in a timely manner.
