I was having work done at my house when the contractor saw a rattlesnake slither across and under my front door bottom threshold of my steel door. I called Nick and he was able to come in a but over a hour. He caught the rattlesnake and will release it into its natural habitat. He checked the rest of my property and able to seal the door area. We had our first encounter with a diamondback in our yard this morning. Our pest control company recommended Snake Guru. I called and Nick came out within 30 minutes! He safely removed the snake and sent a video later showing it being relocated. While at the house, Nick made several recommendations to mitigate future encounters as much as possible. Nick's expertise and level of service was top notch. He also seems like a genuinely nice, cool dude. He's our snake guy now and I highly recommend him.

Can’t speak enough of the experience with had with Nick! Obviously it’s never something you WANT to have a rattlesnake in your backyard, but it couldn’t have went any better. Nick was super responsive, quick to our house, and very professional. He has a background as a scientist, so for me and my five year old it was even a learning session. After the capture, he took the time to assess the property for an future exposure, and educate me on how to future proof against snakes, etc. I posted this video on my social media, and all my friends asked for his number! Very prompt with the estimate time arrival (30 min) very professional with his work. He took a video of the work which I shared with neighbors and friends. Everyone was shocked to see the size of the snake (a big diamondback). In addtitions, he did a survey of my yards and provided recommendation of methods to keep snakes and critters out. Great service! We had a juvenile diamondback in our backyard. We have three dogs so we need taken care of fast. Snake Guru came out within an hour and took care of it immediately. After he sent us a video of him releasing the snake back into the wild. Thanks again.

The snake guru is an absolute 10/10! He was called by a neighbor about an abandoned tortoise and he turned a rescue into a fabulous educational experience for my son! We were able to learn about interacting with wildlife and he even examined our yard and home for protection against snakes and other critters that can be trouble, especially because we have kids and dogs in our yard. We feel so much safer because of his services and I can’t recommend him enough!

I called Nick after noticing a rattlesnake in my garage on Friday night around 7 and he came out to help with removal immediately! He was incredibly calm (which I needed after the adrenaline dump of seeing that snake), professional, and knowledgeable. He also did a thorough check of our garage/gates and identified points of vulnerability on our property. My husband and I look forward to seeing him again for snake-proofing services soon!
