Very poor customer service. Gianfrani, the sales rep for Solatera stopped by my house, and I never hire anyone who just knocks on my door; he seemed sincere. I hired Solatera with the understanding that I did not want a renewal contract, and I was only trying them out once to see how their service was. Of course, Gianfrani said, "no problem, you can cancel anytime". What he didn't say was that it cost $200 to cancel. I gave Gianfrani my neighbor's name, and they were also very unhappy with the scheduling of service. I have tried multiple times to have them call me back and have never heard from anyone.

I am new to Solatera and I am very impressed with the company and the staff I have had contact with. Franco the original contact was amazing, not pushy when presenting the company to me. It took me some time to decide if I would go with them but, when I did Franco answered my call quickly took the time to explain everything to me even though he was completing a service. This year the yellow jackets have been crazy. Francisco was amazing when he came out to service my home. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was knowledgable, professional and respectful. My experience with Solatera was nothing but positive and I am so happy I decided to make the change. Thank you Franco and Francisco for your awesome customer service, it is appreciated very much. UPDATE: Just had my 2nd service, Esteban was just as awesome as Franco and Francisco. I was mowing the lawn early this morning and ran into a large yellow jacket nest, text Esteban a photo. I am severely allergic to their venom and Esteban was immediately concerned for my safety, said he would take care of it when he arrived. As promised he handled it. I am so grateful and found another nest while spraying and also took care of that. The Solatera customer service is top notch. I am very happy and satisfied with the service that Esteban and Solatera have provided. Thank you Franco, Francisco and Esteban I truly appreciate your service. See you in 3 months.
