Handled two separate insect problems for me including carpenter bees that were destroying a deck. Solidified was extremely thorough and also offer a 90 day warranty. Technician explained the product that he was using, and the expected time frame for treatment to take full effect.

Great service. Logan our tech called before he arrived. Was on time very professional and polite. Removed a birds nest from our bathroom vent about 25 feet up and also 5 wasps nest. I definitely recommend them for your pest control needs.

Would recommend! We do the seasonal treatment for bugs and their products work, period. Normally Steve or Jordan come out to apply the treatment, but today Logan was here. All three of them are super personable and hit all the areas we’d had problems with. If you hire this company, expect that it’ll work, because it does! And this goes double if one of those 3 guys do the work. Great job guys!

Amazing Group!!! Extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had a Yellow Jacket nest in a small hole in our home’s siding, and actual Yellow Jackets were entering our house consistently… Mike reassured us that the nest was taken care of (without destroying our home) and if there were any issues or reoccurrences, they would come back right away and take care of everything… Made my family and I breath better with this guarantee. In addition to our initial Yellow Jacket concerns, Mike did a full exterior home inspection, pointing out real issues that should be taken care of (not just made-up concerns to charge us more)… and then provided us with real, cost-efficient solutions. It was at that moment we decided that Solidified Pest Control would be our group now and for the future… BEST decision we have made all year as a homeowner.

My first time using Solidified and Jeremy answered all my questions regarding carpenter ants. Appointment was made the next day and Jordan came out. Explained what he was doing inside and out. Would highly recommend. Orkin wanted a year contract and gave a price over the phone from Texas call center without having anyone to come out and then asked for a credit card or debit to hold the appointment. Was never going to happen. Who does that. Left a bad impression for me.

Had a 10/10 experience because of Jon. The company was willing to give me a discount from the start since I was doing two treatments at once. After he was done Jon got on the phone with me for like 10 minutes explaining everything he did and how he also explained everything to the tenants who are in the home. Appreciate a company like that.
