This company has no concern for how they ship liquid product. Nothing to protect the container. Box just big enough to hold the package. Management could care less about constructive feedback. They put the responsibility on the USPS. I received a chemical soaked box, an empty bottle of product, and a bill for $90. Good job Solutions Pest & Lawn. Good luck with your shopping here.

I was just reading over the reviews and I see alot of bad shipping reviews. I don't have anything bad to say about this company they always be professional and helpful when I visit the store. I always buy on-site. I never ordered online. I know they are far out and sometimes you can make it to their location physically and have to order. But I'll rather just go in a person when time permits for my busy life. But overall it's a good company and the products I've purchased really works and last for months. Matter of fact I'll be by there today Lords will to tidy up for the weather critters lol

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!! I HAD ORDERED 30 EXTERIOR BAIT STATIONS. BEFORE THEY SHIPPED A SALESMAN CONTACTED ME AND RECOMMENDED I GIVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL BAIT STATIONS A TRY SO I AGREED AS IT SAVED ME X AMOUNT IF MONEY PER STATION. THE EXTERIOR BAIT STATIONS ARE SHIPPED ON THEIR LIDS. BY THE TIME YOU GET THEM THEY LOOK LIKE THEY WERE DRAGGED DOWN THE HIGHWAY. COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. SO I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THEIR “SUPPORT” DEPARTMENT WHICH GAVE ME ZERO SUPPORT AND COULD HAVE CARED LESS AND OFFERED NOTHING TO RIGHT THE SITUATION. I WAS PLANNING ON PLACING A MUCH LARGER ORDER FOR A LOT MORE BAIT STATIONS BUT THAT ORDER WILL NOW GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!

This is the worst company for mail order that I have ever dealt with in all my years on this planet. I ordered an insecticide dust and a blower. The shipping was slow and longer than states. When my order arrived, the shipping company had had ti wrap it in a plastic bag because the insecticide dust was spilling out of the container and the shipping box. This is a product where it's a federal offense to dispose of it improperly because of its potential harm to animals and humans. The contents of the bottle of dust were completely loose inside the box. The screw cap was off the container. The sealed for your protection desk was stuck to the inside of the cap and was not secured on the bottle. There was no, none, zero packing material inside the box to keep the container of dust from getting knocked around. There was no tape on the screw top to keep the cap in place. I called the company and they made zero effort to make this right. They blamed me for not taking out insurance on the shipping. They actually tried to blame the shipping company for their completely inadequate packaging/boxing of my purchased items. There was no bubble wrap, packing peanuts or even any crumpled up paper. Nothing. Just two loose items in a large box. They made zero effort to properly package the dust or the duster. The duster itself did not come in a box. There are no instructions. It looks like somebody that had one laying around and then just put it in a box. Made in china btw. There's no manufacturer information, label, instructions, nothing. It looks like somebody had an extra opened item on the shelf and they decided to throw it in the box with the powder that I bought, but not pack it what so ever. I would avoid this company at all cost. Not only did they do a horrible job packaging my products, but they took no responsibility and could not have cared less. Please note that the container did not have even the lid on it when I opened the box but the picture here is after I put the lid on it. 80% of the dust is loose in the box. That is, what happened leaked out of the box. The box flaps were taped down, but there were open edges on two sides where the dust was leaking out through the shipping box.

Poor customer service. They notified up front that one item was on backorder, but then held up the other items. They charge shipping for each item, so I wasn't expecting all items to be extremely delayed. Over a month now and still not shipped. I asked to cancel and am getting the run around by 3 different responses from them and still no refund. Just disputing with my credit card I guess. VERY POOR customer service.
