We have had recurring problems. Our representative listened and gave us the complete experience above and beyond expectations. Since we are on a program with Spidexx the trip was at no charge to us for the coverages of the program. It is nice to have a company comply with the promises made on paper and follow through in practice in the customer's service in the home. Thank you for your help and great service professionals.

We love spidexx pest control. They are great about setting up upcoming appointments to spray our home and if needed, requesting off-cycle servicing has been easy peasy. Their friendly customer phone rep was supper helpful and took the time to address our concerns about setting up appointments and when their techs would arrive. All of the techs they've sent to spray our home over the last 4 years are amazing and great to work with. The last one that sprayed our home was a tech named Tim. Before leaving the property, Tim ensure their services provided met our expectations as always. He gave us information about the products used, specifically information on if and when it would be safe for our kids and our dog to be in the areas that were treated and who to contact if we had concerns. Since it had been raining lately, Tim set up a follow-up appointment for us to treat the exterior of our home. Everyone one of the their techs has been knowledgeable in pest control and has shown excellence in their industry. We highly recommend Spidexx for pest control

Josh was friendly, quick and efficient. He did a great job greeting me and going over the product and allowing me to let our dogs out before he applied the product where they spend most of their time. He advised that although the product is kid and pet friendly, it needed to dry an hour because direct contact could irritate the skin. When finished he was sure to answer any questions I may have had (I had none). He let me know that I could reach out to Spidexx if I had any future inquires. Thank you, Josh. I had a great, first experience with the company thanks to you and Jakob.

A young man arrived at my home,gave me a sales pitch to treat yard and 4 foot spray protection up side of house. Sounded good. He asked for my credit card info. I said no, I'll pay in cash or pay in office. He said he would take 300 dollars off cost per application. 365 down to 65 dollars. I said I'd go to pay at office, he told me the wouldn't accept his deal. I'd have to pay full price. Asked him why he could offer the price but office wouldn't. He said give him my credit number and it would only be used at time of application. If that's how a company would allow employees make deals from a employee driving a scooter,and have to have credit card info, and wouldn't take cash. And couldn't accept payments or honor there own salesman's offer, is not one I will use.

While I’ve only been a customer for a few months, Joshua has been my technician for both of my services & I am impressed. He’s friendly & professional. He dealt with all my questions at our first service & is patient with our two large attention seeking dogs (bless his heart, because they are a LOT to deal with).

Terrible company who doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes their technicians make. Technician left my dog gate open during a service call, which led to my dog escaping and a “dog at large” fine and citation. “Jeff” from the Urbandale, IA office doesn’t believe they had any fault in my dog getting out and the legal fine/fees that occurred even though they are the ones that left the gate open. You’d think after having an account with them for over 3 years they’d try to write their wrong, but they wouldn’t even admit they did any wrong… Jeff actually said, “we won’t accept any blame.” How do you have zero blame when you left a dog gate open? They also conveniently lost or didn’t receive the technician review I gave them stating the issue I had. Company has zero accountability for their actions. If they make a mistake it’ll be your fault and you’ll be left paying for any and all of the damages. Edit: The owner says they appreciate long standing relationships but they clearly don’t… how can you say that when you won’t work with a long standing customer on a problem you caused? I notified them of my issue right away and they are still using that as an excuse to not own up or take responsibility for their employees actions. Poor leadership all around.
