I contracted Spring Touch to spray our property for mosquitos. They said they’d get out with a couple business days and I was excited for the service. Fast forward a week and nobody came to the property all week. I texted the phone number and was told I was on the schedule but the technician didn’t finish the route “for some reason.” I had to reach out and get this info. Nobody contacted me to let me know about the missed service or to reschedule. With what little is left of the fall season, another week has gone by without spraying. Essentially, I was told too bad and they’d get me some time next week. No urgency. Still most of a day available before the weekend and they said they wouldn’t send anyone today. I would highly recommend looking for another provider unless you want to be charged for a service that doesn’t happen.

Martin did a great job. He explained to me what the service was about when I approached him. He recommendation if I do this service every year it will help my grass to be stronger. He is a very nice person to talk to.

Nathan stopped in today for weed application. He laid the stuff down where it was supposed to go, and the service call went well. My wife and I agree that this is the best our yard has looked in many years. I’m glad we use Spring Touch this year.👏
