Mr. Staring did an excellent job he was very informative about the problem and he did excellent work resolving the issues which never returned to being a problem again. He was polite and answered all my questions.

Terrible customer service. Mr. Staring is rude, obnoxious and arrogant. He does not listen to the client and talks over you while expressing your concerns.
