If you want a pest control company that is honest and professional, Streb Pest Control is it! Our family was finding wasps inside and outside our home; our fear was that we had a wasps' nest inside of our home which we could not see. Both my husband and I searched, without luck. I reached out to Strib Pest Control after finding them on Angi's List, hoping that they could come out to take care of the issue. When I reached out to them, I spoke to the owner, Fred Jr., and explained our concern. He quickly scheduled a time to investigate that was convenient for us. Since he was concerned that the lack of a visible nest could mean that we may have multiple nests hidden somewhere (like our attic, room, or siding), he decided that he would personally come to inspect the home instead of sending another member of his team. This surprised and impressed me, especially since our home was over an hour away from him. When he arrived, he treated everyone in our family with a warm smile and a firm handshake--something that is often forgotten in today's fast-paced world. He took his time walking around and inside our home, climbing in the attic and on the roof as he inspected and looked into the wasps movements. After about an hour, he shared with us his findings: we did not have a wasps nest. Rather there where small holes in our window screens in a couple of the front bedrooms windows. The wasps were finding the holes and crawling into he home through small openings on the windows, searching for warmth as the sun was setting. He explained we did not need an exterminator. Rather, Fred said that replacing the screens (a quick and inexpensive DYI project that required a visit to the hardware store) would solve our problem. He took his time to answer our questions, patiently explaining everything. When we asked him for the bill, he told us that there was no charge. We insisted, pointing out that he drove far to come to us and that he spent as long as he did on the inspection. But he continued to refuse payment. "This is what we do," he said. "We help the community." He even gave us a bottle of wasp spray to get rid of any of them that has entered our home, refusing to take any money for it as well when we offered! Fred's honesty, work ethic, reliability, friendliness, and professionalism won us over. While he could have sprayed our home, he was truthful. We would have never known the difference. This is the kind of company that we want to do business with and trust with our family's needs and safety. Even though we did not need their services this time, Strib Pest Control will have our business if we need them in the future. I strongly recommend them, without reservation!

Strib Pest Control went above and beyond to help us with multiple wasp nests on our home. Fred pointed out additional nests we had not noticed and spent extra time (on a Friday evening!) to ensure the job was done right. We really appreciate his thoroughness and expertise. Strib Pest Control will be our go-to for pest control in the future.

Fred Jr called as soon as my request was posted on Angi. He asked appropriate questions to troubleshoot our wasp priblem. Fred was able to come the next day and called ahead, arrived on time and was very personable. He explained the process, did the treatment, and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Strib ll.
